Everything you need to know about delivery and returns.
Standard Delivery (UAE): Free on orders over AED 200. Otherwise AED 25. Delivered within 2–4 business days.
Express Delivery (UAE): AED 45. Same-day delivery for orders placed before 2 PM in Dubai and Abu Dhabi.
International Shipping: Available to GCC countries. Rates calculated at checkout. Delivery within 5–10 business days.
Orders are processed within 24 hours (excluding Fridays and public holidays).
- Dubai & Abu Dhabi: 1–2 business days
- Other Emirates: 2–4 business days
- GCC Countries: 5–10 business days
We offer a 14-day return policy for unused and unopened items. Products must be returned in their original packaging with all seals intact.
Please note: For hygiene reasons, opened or used fragrances cannot be returned unless the product is defective.
Exchanges are available for unopened items within 14 days. Simply contact us at [email protected] or call +971 4 123 4567 to arrange an exchange.
Once we receive your returned item and verify its condition, we will process your refund within 5–7 business days.
Refunds are credited to the original payment method. Please note that bank processing times may vary.
If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 48 hours with photos of the damage. We will arrange a free replacement or full refund.
